Apply now to attend the AOFAS Resident Skills Course! Open to US and Canadian orthopaedic residents in PGY1 through PGY4 (during the 2022-23 academic year), this one-day course offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with foot and ankle surgical procedures.
With an agenda addressing Ankle
Arthroscopy, Lateral Ligament Reconstruction (Broström), and Achilles Tendon Repair, the course will provide you with strategies to determine the best treatment methods for your patients and the skills to achieve successful outcomes.

The applicant must:
Be an orthopaedic surgery resident in their first, second, third, or fourth year of training during the 2022-23 academic year, in a US or Canadian training program.
Demonstrate enthusiasm for and have a sincere interest in foot and ankle surgery
Be in good academic standing
The applicant must:
Complete and submit the application
Include a personal statement (no longer than 500 words) describing their interest in foot and ankle, what they want to learn from this experience, and how they will share what they learn
Resident Skills Course participants are selected based on assessment of the resident's application and demonstrated interest in foot and ankle.
