Randall Wickman

Randall Wickman is a highly decorated U.S. Army Infantry Colonel, professional leader, and combat-wounded veteran with nearly 30 years of active duty service. He led soldiers from platoon through brigade levels, commanding units at the company, battalion, and brigade echelon. He holds an executive master's degree in Organizational Psychology with an emphasis on organizational change management and a concentration in adult learning and education from Columbia University.
