IFFAS 2014
Chicago, Illinois, United States
The IFFAS 2014 Triennial Meeting, held September 19-21, 2014, in Chicago in conjunction with the Annual Meeting of the American Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society brought together more than 1,800 medical professionals, guests and exhibitors. The meeting program was the most comprehensive ever assembled, and the large attendance proved that foot and ankle orthopaedic surgery is a global enterprise without technological or geographic borders.
IFFAS President Mitsuo Kinoshita, MD, PhD, acknowledged delegates from nearly 50 countries in his welcoming remarks and thanked AOFAS for sharing its Annual Meeting with IFFAS and the international community it represents.
He noted that the advances and perspectives shared among colleagues during the meetings provided a richness to the experience for all.
