Expand your orthopaedic foot and ankle training and gain essential knowledge in preparation for Board and Orthopaedics In-Training Exam (OITE)* exams. The Resident Lecture Series, Resident Review Course, and archived Resident Review Webinars are available on demand through the AOFAS Physician Resource Center (PRC). Orthopaedic residents have complimentary access to resident materials on the PRC but must create an account.


Collaborative Fellowship Education Program

In order to create opportunities for all fellows to participate in learning opportunities during the COVID-19 situation, we are creating a calendar of conferences, journal clubs and other existing educational programs willing to share these conferences LIVE to other fellows around North America.

The Resident Lecture Series features 20 online presentations on key foot and ankle topics. Presentations are available in both PDF and PowerPoint formats, and can be used for self-study or delivery within training programs.

Resident Review Course

These recorded lectures from the 2013 AOFAS Resident Review Course (Hospital for Special Surgery, New York) cover a range of foot and ankle topics, from PTTD and cavus foot, to ankle arthritis, Lisfranc injuries, and orthobiologics.

Resident Foot & Ankle Review Webinar

Presented by the AOFAS Young Physicians Committee at no charge to orthopaedic residents, this annual live webinar features an overview of key foot and ankle topics and includes practice test items from the OITE (Orthopaedic In-Training Examination® - copyright by American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, used with permission).

The webinar is offered in October each year. Check the Webinars webpage for updates and watch past webinars on the AOFAS Physician Resource Center. OITE test items are not included on archived webinars.
