AOFAS is committed to providing education and guidance for the next generation of foot and ankle orthopaedic surgeons. Browse the resources below for orthopaedic residents and residency programs.
Open to PGY-1, PGY- 2 and PGY-3 orthopaedic residents in US and Canadian programs, AOFAS Resident Scholarships offer an incredible opportunity to attend the AOFAS Annual Meeting, explore the foot and ankle field, and network with experienced foot and
ankle surgeons.
The Visiting Professor Program brings leaders in foot and ankle orthopaedic surgery to residency programs with no or limited full-time foot and ankle faculty. Selected programs receive a full-day visit from a prominent AOFAS-member surgeon who participates
in clinics, lectures, and/or grand rounds.
Designed for residents, program directors, and educators, AOFAS lectures and recordings feature essential foot and ankle information developed and presented by foot and ankle experts. Most resources are available to view on demand, at no cost to AOFAS
members.
