The Orthopaedic Research and Education Foundation (OREF) raises funds for orthopaedic research and education as well as for related specialty organizations within the orthopaedic community. In making a donation to OREF, you may designate a portion of your contribution to the AOFAS / OEF to support research, education and service initiatives specifically related to foot and ankle.
Here is how it works
For OREF donations of $1,000 or more, the first $500 is a gift to the OREF and any amount above that may be designated to AOFAS / OEF. Donations of less than $1,000 to OREF may be split 50/50 between the OREF and AOFAS / OEF.
The OREF will issue a receipt for the full amount of your donation. The AOFAS / OEF will track your designated contributions to your annual and lifetime OEF giving history, and you will receive an acknowledgement from the OEF for your designated contribution.
