AOFAS ANNUAL MEETING REGISTRATION

Registrants may register online​ for the Annual Meeting and Pre-meeting Course.​ ​

PLEASE NOTE: 
  • Nonmember Orthopaedic Residents/Fellows must be verified by AOFAS prior to registering at Resident/Fellow prices. Please fax program verification to 847-692-3315.
  • Attendees from ​our Guest Nation (China) receive a 10% discount on registration. If the Guest Nation rate is not displaying correctly, please contact the AOFAS Executive Office at registration@aofas.org​ or +1-847-698-4654.

AOFAS Social Events
Annual Meeting registration fees include the Welcome Reception and meals provided during the meeting. There is an additional fee for the Gala on Friday evening. Please see the
Social Activities page for additional information on the Welcome Reception and Gala.

Spouse/Guest Registration (non-CME)
The Spouse/Guest registration fee includes Welcome Reception, Exhibit Hall access (minimum age: 16), breakfasts, and breaks. Admittance to the Pre-meeting Course and the Annual Meeting Scientific Session are not permitted.

Spouses and guests who plan to attend the Gala on Friday evening only are required to pay the ticket fee for this event but not the additional Spouse/Guest registration fee. If registering online, please select the $0 Spouse/Guest event registration option.

​CANCELLATION/REFUNDS

Requests for refunds must be received in writing at the AOFAS Executive Office by mail, fax or email by the deadlines shown below. No refunds are available for the Gala:

June 13 - Last day to receive 100% Meeting Cancellation Refund minus $100 processing fee.

June 27 - Last day to receive 50% Meeting Cancellation Refund minus $100 processing fee.

No refunds will be issued after June 27, 2018.

COURSE POLICIES

AOFAS reserves the right to cancel this meeting 30 days prior to the start date. Should this occur, registrants will be notified by email or mail at the address indicated on the registration form. Persons who registered at least 30 days prior to the date of meeting cancellation will also be contacted by telephone. Registration fees will be refunded in full; however, costs incurred by registrants, such as airline or hotel penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant. 

Meeting sessions and educational displays are open to registered meeting attendees only. If you have not received your registration confirmation within one week of the meeting, please contact the AOFAS Executive Office. AOFAS will not be responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting. 

The AOFAS may photograph or record you as you participate in this meeting and related activities. Lectures and questions from the audience will be captured and recordings made available in the future. Photos and recordings may be used by the AOFAS in future promotional materials. Photographing and recording of the sessions by meeting attendees is prohibited.
