Complete Foot Care Course 2016

A comprehensive multi-disciplinary course for health care professionals, this program is designed to enhance participants’ knowledge and skills in the management of foot and ankle problems. General didactic session topics include evaluation and office treatment of common foot and ankle problems, including trauma, sports injuries, the aging foot, arthritis, and diabetes; assessment of foot biomechanics and gait analysis; physical therapy; pedorthic principles; and bone healing. The handson breakout sessions will address foot anatomy and examination; total contact casting and splinting; imaging; orthotics and bracing; wound care; patient satisfaction; and case presentation discussion.​
